Due to the differences in the chemical composition of the materials, the steel for the production of decorative pipes contains chemical compositions suitable for welding. For example, elements such as silicon, sulfur, manganese, oxygen, and triangular ferrite can be mixed in a certain proportion to produce a weld melt that is easy to transfer heat during the welding process, so that the entire weld can be penetrated.

The steel composition for the production of seamless pipes is only to meet the basic requirements of ASTM. In the absence of the above chemical components, various unstable factors will occur during the welding process, and it is not easy to weld firmly and not penetrate through.

The seamless tube is made of round steel perforation as the raw material of the tube blank, and is made by the production process of cold rolling, cold drawing or hot extrusion.
