Reinforcing 1.4302 stainless steel bar restrictions
2. It is necessary to grasp the distribution change standards and understand the TTT and CCT change curves of each steel grade. This is also the key to properly guiding the formulation of duplex steel heat treatment processes, heat setting and other processing processes.
3. The continuous operating temperature range is -50~250℃. The lower value is the brittleness change temperature of steel. The upper limit is limited by the brittleness of 475℃. The limit temperature cannot exceed 300℃.
4. Rapid cooling is required after aging treatment. Slow cooling will cause the separation of the brittle phase, which will subsequently reduce the ductility of the steel and reduce the corrosion resistance of the part.
5. The lower temperature of heat treatment and hot forming of Reinforcing 1.4302 stainless steel bar cannot be less than 950℃ to prevent surface cracks caused by the separation of brittle phases during the production process.
6. Do not use the 650-800°C stress reduction treatment commonly used in Reinforcing 1.4302 stainless steel bars. Generally, heat treatment, tempering and annealing are used. Regarding the need for overall 600-650°C response treatment after spray welding of low-alloy steel, the ductility and corrosion resistance provided by the separation of brittle phases and the reduction of partial corrosion resistance must be taken into consideration. Minimize heating time within this temperature range. The heat treatment process issues of low alloy steel and two-phase stainless steel composite plates also need to be taken into consideration.
7. It is necessary to understand the electric welding standards of 3 Reinforcing 1.4302 stainless steel bar. The whole set cannot be welded with stainless steel. The failure of some equipment is often related to electric welding. The focus is on the control of linear kinetic energy and solid layer temperature. Proper selection of electric welding materials is also very important.
