Galfan wire is actually a special alloy galvanized wire, also called zinc-aluminum alloy coated iron wire. The diameter of the steel wire ranges from 1.24mm-5.5mm.
We provide Galfan line (Al5%, zinc 95%) or (Al10%, zinc 90%) type.
Basic technical details:
1. Surface coating: galvanized
2. Features: Galfan wire has high tensile strength, small tolerance, bright surface and good anti-corrosion performance
3. Packing type: spool; coil
4. Purpose: Galfan wire is used for twisted conductors in overhead power lines
5. Precautions during use and handling:
A. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collision and damage to the steel wire. Prohibit dampness and rain. The steel wire must be stored in a dry, well-ventilated room
B Pay attention to the direction of the steel wire when setting the wire. Ensure that the spool or coil rotates freely to achieve the same tension of all steel wires
C In the case of batch use, the remaining should be repackaged to avoid surface oxidation to ensure coating
